Designing a show home can sometimes be more of a challenge than working with a homeowner client who knows what they want. You have to balance trying to create something that will appear to a multitude of customers, be reflective of what is currently on trend, but also have timeless qualities.
The Rylock Waikato team worked with the Design Builders Waikato team to integrate some unique features into the build that would showcase the special angles and livable spaces that the property has to offer.
An impressive corner Ranchstacker™ with Levelstep™ sills opens the internal living space to the covered outdoor area. The unique angled doors seemlessly integrate the two spaces increasing the overall footprint and useability of the property.
This home by Design Builders Waikato hits the mark, perfectly. The black and white palette provides a neutral but classy backdrop. The natural timber floors, decks and cedar accents in the ceiling and walls bring warmth, aesthetic intrigue and low maintenance – peace of mind.
Euroslider™ doors offer ample light and open out from the bedroom onto an inviting and relaxing space with grassed area.
The perfection and attention to detail on this project was well rewarded with a residential category win at the 2018 WGANZ awards!
